Schule Eriz is a rural school with a family character. A total of 38 children are taught in one basic level class and one multi-grade class of the primary level. Due to the retirement of the current position holder, we are looking for a new school management per 1 August 2027.

Tasks ###

You will take over the pedagogical and operational leadership of the school. You are responsible for organizational design, personnel management, instructional development, communication, and quality management. A school secretariat will support you in the administrative area.

Requirements ###

You have completed school management training or the willingness to complete it. You are familiar with the public school system in the Canton of Bern and ideally bring several years of professional experience as a teacher. You have leadership qualities and high social competence. You are an organizational talent with an administrative flair. You have visions and design ideas for school development.
