Job description
Childcare Specialist EFZ (Fachperson Betreuung Kinder EFZ) as Group Leader 60-80 % (temporary) For our small and family-like Kita, we are looking for an engaged substitute for our Group Leader from December 2026 until approximately the end of May/June 2027. Due to a pregnancy, the position is temporary until approximately May/June 2027 and comprises a workload of 80 %. Supervision and accompaniment of a group of children from the age of 3 months until school entry
Independent planning and implementation of projects and activities
Independent planning of daily and weekly routines
Shaping the Kita everyday life according to our pedagogical concept
Co-responsibility for the supervision and training of our apprentices
Maintaining appreciative cooperation with parents as well as support with educational and developmental questions
Constructive and engaged cooperation within the team
Taking on responsibility and organization in daily group life as a Group Leader
What you bring with you

Completed training as Fachperson Betreuung EFZ specialization childcare
Experience in the care of children from the age of 3 months until school entry
Joy in working with children and in shaping a varied Kita everyday life
Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
Teamwork skills and open, appreciative communication
