The University Clinic for Neurology is part of the Neuro medical division and thus belongs to the strategic focus areas of the Insel Gruppe. In this context, the clinics of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Neuroradiology are being brought closer together to be able to efficiently investigate and treat patients with neurological diseases in an interdisciplinary manner. In the University Acute Neuro-Rehabilitation, we treat people with brain injuries in an interdisciplinary environment.

What awaits you ##

• Planning and coordination of appointments with various disciplines
• Telephone/email support, triage, and answering inquiries (internal and external)
• Hub function between doctors, therapists, patients, and internal employees
• You perform administrative tasks in connection with patient appointments, dossiers, and obtaining reports

What you bring with you ##

• Completed commercial or equivalent training, further training as a medical/hospital secretary is an advantage
• Conscientious and quality-conscious way of working
• Organizational talent and team spirit
• Very good German skills (written and oral), good oral French skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office tools
• Independent, reliable, and efficient way of working with a high sense of service
