• Preparation and plating of the breakfast buffet and egg dishes
• Supervision of the breakfast buffet
• Preparation of cold platters and their design
• Organization of work processes in the kitchen
• Compliance with cleanliness and order in the kitchen area as well as HACCP guidelines

Your profile

• BE YOURSELF - Be authentic and yourself
• Ideally a completed vocational training as Chef (d/w/m)
• Initial experience as Commis de Cuisine (d/w/m) is an advantage
• Independent and responsible working style
• Friendly appearance, teamwork skills, and willingness to perform
• Flexibility and resilience
• Good German language skills
