On behalf of an established and renowned Swiss service company in the Bern area, we are looking for a committed, precise-working and numbers-oriented personality as of 01. September 2026. Due to a short-term and unplanned absence, you will support the "Cash Services" operations team primarily in day-to-day operational business and ensure smooth processes in the area of financial data.

• Start: 01.09.2026 (assignment and introduction ideally at the beginning of September)
• Duration: 6 months (fixed-term until 28.02.2027)
• Workload: 100%
• Work location: Bern area

Your main tasks

• Data maintenance & reconciliation: You bear the main responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance and in-depth reconciliation of the central financial list (ATMaaS list) to ensure continuous ATM operations.
• Process & data control: You carefully check financial reconciliation data for plausibility, identify discrepancies and correct them independently.
• Operational Support: Depending on workload and demand, you flexibly support the operations team with further administrative and commercial special tasks.

Qualifications

Your profile

• Education & experience: Successfully completed commercial basic training (EFZ) as well as demonstrable practical experience in an accounting environment (e.g., accounts receivable/accounts payable, controlling or general accounting).
• IT skills: Routine handling of common MS Office applications, paired with strong/in-depth MS Excel skills for the efficient processing of complex amounts of data.
• Personality: Strongly pronounced affinity for numbers, quick comprehension as well as an extremely structured, concentrated and reliable way of working ? also under time pressure.
• Languages: Fluent/business fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
