As of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for you as a committed reinforcement - limited until 30 June 2027.

In this responsible position, you will support and represent the Backoffice Manager in all administration.

Your tasks
Order processing: You receive orders, create offers, and process them reliably. You are responsible for the flawless recording of contract management.
Customer contact: You look after our customers sympathetically by telephone and via e-mail.
Accounting: You assist with invoicing and simple dunning management.
All-rounder mentality: During substitution, you dispatch our service technicians independently and efficiently. You support the team wherever administrative help is needed.

Your profile
Education: Commercial basic training (EFZ) or comparable qualification.
Experience: Sound practical experience in administrative clerical work.
IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office
Personality: You are a team player, flexible, like to roll up your sleeves, and always keep your smile.
