tasks

• as a real estate manager, you primarily look after communities of owners
• in doing so, you take over a versatile portfolio and prepare statements, budgets as well as renovation planning
• you prepare owners' meetings and also accompany them
• additionally, you coordinate maintenance and renovation work with tradespeople as well as specialist planners
• you are in direct exchange with owners, tenants, companies and authorities
• the workload can, depending on preference, lie between 40 and 80%

requirements

• you have solid practice in real estate management
• training and / or further education in this field is desirable
• experience in the field of condominiums is of great advantage
