Exciting tasks await:

• Legal analysis of complex facts
• Preparing and minuting hearings
• Participating in hearings in an advisory capacity
• Drafting judgments and decisions
• Assisting in the management of proceedings (independent procedural instruction on behalf of the presidency; drafting procedural management decisions and orders; providing information; correspondence with parties and lawyers)

What you bring with you:

• Completed legal studies (lic. iur./ MLaw), preferably with a bar admission
• Professional experience in the judiciary, legal practice or administration (advantageously in the Canton of Aargau)
• Independent, efficient and precise way of working
• Good oral and written expression
• High level of commitment
• Teamwork skills, resilience and flexibility
