On behalf of one of our clients, the agency OKJOB Lausanne is looking for a:

Job description ###

• Welcoming and serving customers with professionalism and courtesy
• Taking orders and transmitting them to the kitchen
• Ensuring fast and efficient service while guaranteeing customer satisfaction
• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness of the tables and the dining room
• Advising customers on our products and menus (knowledge of wine is a plus)
• Ensuring the smooth running of the customer experience

Profile ###

• Previous experience as a waiter, (minimum 3 years of experience)
• AFP, CFC and Federal Diploma or equivalent title in hotel and restaurant management
• Sense of service and excellent customer relations
• Dynamism, autonomy and ability to work under pressure
• Good presentation and team spirit
• Proficiency in French is indispensable, knowledge of English is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends)
• Driver's license and personal vehicle required
