Prevention Officer (70 - 80 %)

What you will achieve with us

• Information, specialist advice and sensitization of schools, open and organized children and youth work, organizations and authorities on issues of health promotion, prevention, early detection and early intervention
• Information, initial advice and triage of children, adolescents and families on topics such as violence, addiction or social challenges
• Support of organizations in acute problem situations
• Implementation, coordination and commissioning of prevention measures as well as their documentation
• Management of projects as well as development and implementation of concepts in the areas of health promotion, prevention, early detection/early intervention and intervention.
• Development and implementation of a municipal action and measures plan against gender-based and domestic violence
• Cooperation and networking with municipal and cantonal partners

How you will inspire us

• Degree in Social Work FH/HF or equivalent training
• Subject-specific further training in health promotion and prevention
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of health promotion, prevention and early detection/early intervention
• In-depth knowledge in the topic of domestic, sexualized and gender-based violence
• Open, empathetic personality, flexible and confident in communication
• Independent and networked working, organizational skills
