Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• High service orientation and joy in working with elderly people
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to contribute to an existing team

Tasks ##

• Individual, resource-oriented care and support of the residents
• Trustworthy contact person for residents and relatives
• Execution of medical-technical procedures according to delegation
• Planning and organization of own tasks as well as support for assigned employees
• Collaboration in a structured, professional nursing process
