Description ###

As a first-tier supplier for our renowned business partner, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. in Basel, we are looking for a motivated and committed Logistics & Warehouse Compliance Specialist for a temporary assignment of 1 year, with the option of extension, starting immediately.

Tasks & Responsibilities: ###

• Independent reading of transport temperature data from incoming goods and checking checklists for correct completion
• Verification of all incoming goods for the specified transport temperature
• Supporting the Business Circles of Logistic Solutions in all GxP issues
• Assuming ownership or responsibility for processing deviations and changes in Veeva
• Proactive participation in process optimizations and quality improvements

Must Haves: ###

• Completed vocational training or a completed Bachelor's/Master's degree, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical logistics
• Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in the GMP / GDP area
• Experience in GxP deviation and change management
• Experience in processing GxP documents
• Very good German skills (C1) and English skills (level B2) in speaking and writing
• High degree of structured and independent way of working combined with high customer orientation as well as a professional and proactive handling of all stakeholders
• Excellent team and social competence as well as a team-oriented mindset
• High degree of proactivity and personal responsibility in an open and collaborative environment
