Mandated by several establishments in Genève and in the canton of Vaud we are looking for

Job Description ###

• Prepare soaking solutions and perform pre-disinfection of equipment. Sort and wash instruments respecting current protocols
• Perform the packaging of simple or complex medical devices
• Ensure the monitoring of expiration dates related to the sterilization of equipment
• Perform full traceability of each step of the sterilization process.
• Manage the loading and unloading of the autoclave, control cycle parameters, release compliant loads and organize their storage in the arsenal
• Ensure the bio-cleaning and maintenance of workstations
• Ensure compliance with hygiene rules, especially regarding work attire

Profile ###

• You hold a level 1 sterilization assistant diploma (or equivalent certifying training in sterilization and autoclave operation) MANDATORY
• You have mastered the SteriGest software
• You have significant experience within a sterilization department
• You are versatile, rigorous, conscientious and respectful of hygiene and safety protocols
• You demonstrate availability, a good team spirit and real motivation for the technical aspects of the job
• You know how to integrate quickly into a team and maintain a high level of exigency in your daily work
