Clerk School Psychological Service 60 %

The School Psychological Service is a counseling service for students, their parents and teachers, as well as for school management and school authorities.

As of 01 December 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality for a fixed term of one year.

Tasks ##

• Correspondence, filing and appointment scheduling for school psychologists
• Contact with parents, students, teachers and authorities
• Reception, providing information and appointment coordination
• General secretarial tasks

Profile ##

• Commercial training
• Empathy and skill in dealing with children, adolescents and parents of various linguistic and cultural backgrounds
• Resilience, reliability and ability to work in a team
• Good PC skills (MS-Office) and willingness to learn new programs
• Independent working style, flexibility and organizational talent
• Proficient German, foreign language skills are an advantage

A versatile and challenging task as an employee in an upbeat team. The employment is subject to municipal personnel law and is limited to one year.

The medical, psychological and pedagogical professionals form a competence center for prevention and health promotion, counseling and support as well as information and public relations for the well-being of the children and adolescents of the City of Zurich.
