Quality Management Manager (60 - 80%)

Your main tasks:

• Maintenance and further development of the quality management system based on QuaTheDA
• Development, implementation and monitoring of quality standards in close cooperation with the site managers and the executive management
• Conducting internal audits, risk analyses and action planning for continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g. data protection, Medicinal Products Act, professional secrecy)
• Responsibility for conducting external maintenance and recertification audits
• Training and sensitizing employees on quality and data protection topics
• Leading the quality circle and reporting to the executive management
• Collection, analysis and evaluation of quality-relevant data (e.g. satisfaction surveys or ANQ)
• Cooperation with IT to ensure information security and data protection
• Maintaining the medical statistics medstat

Your profile:

• Completed training in the field of quality management
• Proven professional experience in comparable positions, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Knowledge of norms and standards (QuaTheDa, ISO 9001, EFQM), as well as experience with risk management, data protection and compliance
• Analytical and networked way of thinking, structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Sense of responsibility, solution orientation and enjoyment of shaping change processes
