The Zweckverband Sozialdienste Bezirk Dielsdorf performs tasks in the areas of adult protection, various advisory and supervisory offices on behalf of the 22 district municipalities and operates the KESB Bezirk Dielsdorf.

For this, we are looking for a committed personality who will take responsibility for essential areas of our accounting and strengthen our finance team.

You bring sound experience in finance and accounting, maintain an overview, and want to apply your knowledge in a versatile function in the public environment? Then we look forward to getting to know you.

Your tasks ###

• You manage essential areas of our financial accounting - in particular general ledger, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting as well as bank and payment transactions.
• You perform account reconciliations and participate in the closing work as well as in the preparation of the annual financial statements.
• You support the preparation of the budget.
• You control the cash registers of our locations and process expense reports.
• You take over the deputy role in accounts receivable and support fee and case management compensations.
• You ensure complete and traceable filing and digitalization of business records.

What you bring with you ###

• Completed commercial basic training (KV EFZ) or an equivalent qualification.
• Further education or sound practical experience in finance and accounting.
• Sound knowledge of public accounting / HRM2, ideally experience with annual financial statements. Good IT user skills in MS Office as well as experience with Abacus.
• Proficient German in speaking and writing.
