School Director 80%

Where children grow, leadership is allowed to make a difference.

Start date: 01. February 2027 or by arrangement

In Bühler, we create a place where children learn curiously, teachers enjoy working, and community is lived. Around 25 teachers accompany about 170 students from kindergarten to primary school. A dedicated support network and the school secretariat are by your side. We are now looking for a personality who connects people, provides orientation, and leads our school into the future with heart and foresight.

Your fields of impact:

You give our school direction and lead pedagogically, personally, and administratively with clarity and appreciation. You inspire people for common goals and make school development palpable in everyday life. You create space for good ideas and courageously further develop our school's profile. You promote exchange and cooperation and provide security even in demanding situations. You represent our school convincingly and build sustainable relationships with authorities and cantonal bodies.

What you bring with you:

A pedagogical education and completed training as a school director. Several years of teaching and leadership experience as well as a good sense for organizational development in the education sector. The ability to listen, build trust, and win people over for common goals. Decisiveness, solution orientation, and the necessary calm when it counts. Genuine joy in shaping a strong, integrative school together with our team.

What you can look forward to:

A meaningful task, much creative freedom, and a dedicated team that wants to make a difference together. You take responsibility for a lively school and shape the future of the children in Bühler with your ideas.

Further information will be gladly provided by the school president Carsten Dieckmann () or the municipal president, Jürg Engler ().

Would you like to shape the future with us?

Then we look forward to getting to know you. Send your application by 31. October 2026 to municipal clerk Sandra Eugster, by e-mail.
