Die Sozialen Dienste Uri Nord operate for the seven municipalities of the Uri Nord region and fulfill diverse tasks in the field of social assistance and other social services. By expanding our team, we are creating additional capacities for economic and personal social assistance as well as for the Fachstelle für Schuldenfragen Uri.

Your tasks ###

• Advising persons with financial difficulties within the framework of the Fachstelle für Schuldenfragen Uri
• Participation in debt counseling, debt restructuring, and debt prevention
• Independent case management in economic and personal social assistance
• Advising and supporting individuals and families in different life situations
• Clarification of support needs as well as allocation and review of economic social assistance
• Cooperation with authorities, social insurance providers, specialist offices, and other institutions
• Participation in the professional and organizational further development of our offers

What you bring with you ###

• Completed degree in Social Work (FH) or comparable qualification
• Experience in statutory social work is an advantage
• Interest in debt counseling as well as financial and legal issues
• Willingness for professional further training in the field of debt counseling
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Enjoyment of versatile and demanding advisory and case work
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to actively help shape changes
