Healthcare Specialist EFZ (60-80%)

What you can achieve

In this versatile role, you accompany and care for our residents with professional competence, heart, and respect. You undertake medical-nursing tasks and professionally implement the care agreement. Together with the team, you shape a varied and lively daily routine of living and leisure. If you enjoy working with people and want to actively help shape their quality of life, then you are exactly right with us.

Your tasks - versatile and meaningful

• Care, accompaniment, and medical-nursing care of the residents in daily life
• Professional support in the implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Participation in personal hygiene as well as implementation of the care agreements
• Collaboration in departments and co-shaping of team and residential area topics
• If interested, the possibility to supervise and train apprentices in the profession of Healthcare Specialist
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialists
• Participation in team meetings, specialist discussions, and continuing education

What you bring with you

• Completion as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or a comparable training
• Further training as a vocational trainer is an advantage or the willingness to complete the course
• Joy in the direct accompaniment of people with physical and multiple disabilities
• Resource-oriented, reflective, and reliable way of working
• Teamwork skills, resilience, flexibility, creativity, and humor
• Experience in accompanying people with physical and multiple disabilities is an advantage
