Legal Assistant, 50-90 %

To temporarily reinforce our legal services team, we are looking for a committed personality who wants to contribute their legal knowledge, take on responsibility, and support our service departments, school authorities, and schools with legal questions.

The position is fixed-term until the end of February 2027, with the option to extend until the end of May 2027. The workload is 50-90 %. Start of employment is ideally immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You advise and support our service departments, school authorities, and schools on diverse legal issues of public law. Depending on your knowledge and interests, you will focus on general administrative law, public personnel law, school law, procurement law and / or data protection law.
• You process reassessment and appeal proceedings and represent the interests of the department in legal remedy proceedings before the Stadtrat, Bezirksrat, and Bildungsdirektion.
• You prepare decrees and decisions for the head of the department, the Stadtrat, and the school authorities.

Profile ##

• You have a university degree in law (Bachelor or Master).
• You bring initial professional experience, ideally in public law.
• Knowledge in public personnel law, school law, procurement law and / or data protection law is an advantage.
• You work independently, efficiently, and solution-oriented, remain resilient even in demanding situations, and convince through teamwork as well as good communication and negotiation skills.
