What you can achieve:

• Visitor reception and visitor control: reception, registration and forwarding
• Taking over various administrative tasks directly at the reception / security control center of our customers
• Operating the telephone switchboard
• Carrying out inspection rounds in the property
• Handling technical devices and systems
• Supporting emergency services in emergency situations
• Initial intervention in events
• Sovereign and respectful handling of people in diverse life situations is a matter of course for you

What you bring with you:

• Pronounced independence, performance capability and a high sense of responsibility
• Professional appearance, excellent communication skills and a high degree of discretion
• High degree of empathy
• Very good German and good English skills (good oral English skills)
• Completed vocational training or equivalent education
• Proficient PC user skills and strong technical understanding
• Readiness for shift work (early, late and night shifts)
• Flawless reputation (check of debt enforcement register and criminal record extract)
• Swiss nationality or possession of a permit C or EU/EFTA B
• Good physical condition
