• Scheduling appointments with our existing customers for our AXA insurance advisors
• General correspondence
• Various administrative activities

What you bring with you

• Experience in telemarketing, in telephone appointment scheduling or in a comparable activity (e.g. call center, insurance industry)
• Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
• Joy in telephone contact with our customers
• Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
• Sales talent combined with high independence
• Stylish German language skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
• Joy in modern and contemporary digital tools
