We are selecting immediately, Junior ACCOUNTANT at 40% SAP KNOWLEDGE INDISPENSABLE

Responsibilities

• Management of accounts payable cycle: receipt, verification and registration in the management system of all supplier invoices (national and foreign).
• Compliance control: verification of correspondence between invoice, purchase order, delivery note and internal authorizations.
• Payment planning: support for the management of the supplier aging report and preparation of payment flows via home banking systems.
• Reconciliations and ledgers: periodic reconciliation of supplier statements and systematic control of the relevant accounting cards.
• VAT reporting: verification and correct attribution of Swiss VAT codes (previous tax) on purchase invoices.
• Contacts with suppliers: support in managing relationships and billing discrepancies with commercial partners.
• Archiving: management and digital archiving of the accounts payable accounting documentation.

Profile

• Experience: 2-3 years of consolidated professional practice in the role of accounts payable accountant.
• Educational qualification (preferred options):
• Cantonal Accountant or Swiss Certificate of qualified accounting assistant.

Alternatively, commercial CFC (Commercial Employee) or commercial maturity with a strong orientation towards accounting.

• Technical skills: excellent knowledge of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) and the treatment of VAT on business expenses.
• IT: excellent mastery of Excel and the SAP management system.
• Soft Skills: precision, rigorous respect for deadlines, operational autonomy (after an introduction phase) and ability to manage stress.
