For the adult residential group -Foppa- in Tartar we are looking for a

Caregiver (50 - 60%) ##

The WG Foppa is an external residential group of GIUVAULTA and is aimed at adults with autism and a high need for support, some with complex developmental disorders. It offers a protected, low-stimulus living space that is oriented towards structure, relationship, as comprehensive crisis prevention as possible, and dealing with challenging behaviors. The central guiding idea of our work is the involvement of the residents in as many everyday activities as possible. These include, among others, splitting, stacking, and drying wood, gardening, caring for small animals, household chores, cooking, as well as laundry work. Another important component of everyday life is movement in nature, including daily walks and hikes as well as regular swimming.

Your tasks ###

• you accompany adults with pronounced perceptual disorders (autism spectrum disorder) and cognitive impairment
• together with the clients, you design living and daily structure, leisure, and household
• you document, plan together, and take on responsibility as a reference person
• in the team, you develop individual development goals and accompany their implementation

We expect from you ###

• you have completed training as a Social Pedagogue, Fachperson Betreuung EFZ, or already have experience in the care of people with special needs
• you enjoy accompanying people with different prerequisites and abilities - with patience and understanding
• you convince through good impulse control, consciously reflect on your actions, and radiate calm and security even in challenging situations.
• - Manual dexterity is your strength and you have an interest in activities in nature
• you are an organizational talent, structured and independent working and good IT skills are among your competencies
• you are willing to work in extensive block shifts and to take on work assignments on weekends as well as on-site night standby service
• you possess a driving license class B and undertake person transports
