Your playground - your main tasks:

• You inspire our customers with first-class advice and support, always in accordance with Odlo guidelines.
• You roll up your sleeves: from receiving goods to appealing presentation in the store, you ensure that everything has its place.
• You keep an eye on the sales targets and actively contribute to achieving them.
• You support the Store Manager with daily operations, share important insights such as sales figures, and bring in fresh ideas.
• You make the store a real eye-catcher: inviting, clear, and always top organized.
• You work closely with our internal teams such as Customer Service and Visual Merchandising to create a seamless shopping experience.
• You implement the Odlo Visual Merchandising standards and easily integrate promotions and internal specifications into everyday store life.
• You live the Odlo values and thereby inspire not only your team but also our customers.

Your story

• You are a dynamic, reliable, and flexible personality who enjoys working in a flexible environment.
• Majority of shifts on Saturday are no problem for you.
• Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in the sports or textile industry.
• Your athletic and well-groomed appearance reflects your passion for the industry.
• With your positive aura, you inspire customers and colleagues alike.
• You have good language skills in German and English.
