Your tasks ##

• In your role as a nursing professional, you guarantee the residents trustworthy and expert care and support (during the night shift)
• You recognize emergency situations immediately and handle them expertly
• During the night, you enable attentive and need-oriented care and coordinate the tasks of the small night team appropriately
• With your patient, open-hearted manner, you convey security and well-being to the residents
• You ensure the flow of information to the residents, the relatives, and the nursing team
• You carry out the electronic nursing documentation independently and without gaps

What you bring with you ##

• Training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson FAGE/HF or equivalent recognition
• Experience in the night shift
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care or the Spitex sector is an advantage
• You are resilient, flexible, and accustomed to working independently
• A daily smile for our residents and a few pinches of humor
