For the Real Estate Economics department, we are looking for a committed team member as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You support the real estate valuation experts in the preparation of real estate valuation reports.
• You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the business of the appraisal commission.
• You prepare evaluations of land values, rents and purchase prices.
• You carry out business control including performance accounting.
• You work out the valuation of concession fees.
• You manage the filing, the archive and maintain statistical data.
• You advise customers regarding procedural processes in connection with orders to the municipal appraisal commission.

Profile ##

• Commercial employee EFZ, preferably in the real estate or notary sector, or training in the construction and planning sector
• Further training in real estate or finance is an advantage
• Professional experience in the commercial sector or construction
• Flair for numbers and interest in the topic of real estate
• Good IT user skills (Microsoft 365)
• Careful, independent and reliable way of working
• Service and customer orientation
• Communicative and a team player
