For institutions in the region of Luzern, we are looking for Fachfrauen und Fachmänner Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %) who would like to contribute their expertise as part of a temporary assignment.

In doing so, you will have the opportunity to get to know new teams and ways of working while simultaneously accompanying residents over a longer period of time. This way, you combine variety in your professional everyday life with care that puts the person at the center.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Attentively accompany residents through their everyday life and design care individually according to their needs
• Use your expertise specifically and safely in nursing and medical-technical activities
• Keep an eye on health changes and ensure that important information reaches the team
• Contribute to a high quality of care with careful nursing documentation and good cooperation

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed training as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or have the corresponding SRK recognition
• Ideally, you already have experience in long-term care or would like to get to know this area better
• With your reliable and responsible nature, you work independently and maintain an overview even in lively situations
• You approach residents as well as new teams openly and quickly find your way in different structures and processes
