To strengthen our telephone and reception team, we are looking for a motivated personality with a positive aura starting December 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

What you will do: ####

• Independent operation of the telephone switchboard
• Reception of our visitors, clients, and business partners as well as registration with the appropriate persons
• Scheduling of the meeting rooms
• Minor administrative tasks
• Workload approx. 20% in evening shifts from 16:45 - 20:00; deployment on two to three evenings during the week by arrangement

How you will convince us: ####

• A well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Good language skills in German, English, and French
• Good IT skills
• High customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of contact with demanding clients
• Work experience desired
• Willingness to step in as a deputy for your female team colleagues during absences (e.g., holidays)
• Ideally, you are in the first semesters of your studies
