School Assistant for 1:1 Support at Schule Kügeliloo, 21-30 %

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a school assistant for 1:1 support of a student at Betreuung Maienstrasse, starting immediately. Due to limited resources, the position is to be filled initially until the end of the calendar year. A continuation of the position cannot be guaranteed.

Tasks ##

• Accompanying and providing simpler guidance to a student with special needs in daily care routines
• Implementation of remedial measures with a child according to the mandate of the Leitung Betreuung
• Co-shaping positive social and learning-promoting relationships with and between the students
• The care days are each on Wed./Thu. from 12:00 to 17:00. In addition to these, Mon./Tue./Fri. from 12:00 to 13:30 can be taken on

Profile ##

• Good German language skills (minimum level B2, level C1 is an advantage) and basic PC user skills (e.g., Word, Outlook)
• Experience in dealing with children and adolescents, patience and resilience
• Good communication skills, openness to new and surprising situations, confident appearance
• Good social skills, teamwork and flexibility
• Confidentiality and discretion towards the outside as well as willingness to undergo further training in pedagogical topics
