Tasks ###

• Design and reflect on varied and differentiated instruction according to LP 21 - Build warm, sustainable relationships with the children - Recognize and appropriately consider the most diverse needs of the children - Model appreciative, relationship-oriented, credible, and non-violent communication - Maintain trusting educational and upbringing partnerships with the parents - Work closely with specialist teachers (SpU, DaZ)

Requirements ###

• Basic pedagogical training (seminary teaching qualification Kindergarten/Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Primary and Primary Education) - Joy and interest in school children from different cultures - Resilient, patient, communicative, cooperative, and creative
