Your tasks
Advising family caregivers regarding their family situation and the possibility of employment as a family caregiver
Conducting the employment process for family caregivers (initial interview, needs assessment, etc.)
Introduction, as well as professional and emotional accompaniment of the family caregivers Responsibility over the entire nursing process
Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of nursing measures
Advice and support regarding aid, relief, and support offers
Interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives and other specialists
