The ESB Stiftung Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise and offers people with support needs attractive training and job opportunities as well as various forms of living and services. The ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of them in the Canton of Basel-Landschaft, one in the Canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities pursue the goal of promoting the self-determined life of people with support needs.
To complement the Salus-Sol team, we are looking for, as soon as possible or by arrangement, a
Specialist in Care or Health 90%
Our interdisciplinary team coaches and accompanies a shared residential group of fifteen adults with support needs at Salus-Sol. In addition to topics in residential living, the accompaniment and design of daily structure offers are included. The ESB actively engages with the implementation of the UN-CRPD and focuses on participation and co-design in all processes.
What you will achieve with us
Accompanying, instructing, and assisting people with support needs in the areas of agogics and nursing
Coaching and supporting the individual life designs of people with disabilities
Co-design and implementation of leisure activities, daily design offers, and WG holidays
Conducting key person work including the associated administrative tasks
Internal and cross-cutting interdisciplinary cooperation in an open-minded enterprise
