Your tasks * Promoting competencies in the following areas: general education topics (ABU), German and German as a second language (DaZ), literacy, basics of mathematics, ICT basics; * Accompanying incarcerated persons from different cultural backgrounds on their individual educational paths; * Maintaining quality standards; * Further developing the educational offerings, also in the digital area; * Collaborating with the various stakeholders as well as participating in intercantonal meetings with other teachers in correctional services. Your profile * Master Secondary Level 1 or equivalent training; * At least 2--4 years of teaching experience, ideally in adult education, with corresponding methodological competencies; * Affinity for digital teaching methods; * Strong communication skills; * Strong social competence and the ability to awaken the joy of learning; * Good French language skills.
