August 2027 or by arrangement The Pädagogische Hochschule Thurgau, based in Kreuzlingen am Bodensee, offers scientifically based and practice-oriented education and further training for teachers of all compulsory school levels as well as for secondary level II and trains experts for the field of Early Childhood. For the management of the office in the Prorectorate Education (PRA) we are looking for a strong-willed and implementation-oriented personality as of 01. August 2027 or by arrangement. You will work closely with the Prorector Education, actively support him in his leadership and development tasks and lead projects and sub-projects independently. In doing so, you combine a reliable administrative study operation with the further development of the study organization and its digital processes. Your field of activity * Overall organizational responsibility for the administrative study operation in the PRA and in its departments * Coordination of cross-degree processes of the registry, timetable and module planning, statistics and data management * Functional and personnel leadership of the study coordinations * Coordination of specialist staff in the support processes and the registry * Management of the PRA including preparation and follow-up of meetings (member of the prorectorate management) * Operational financial responsibility for the PRA, coordination of the budget process, preparation of cost analyses as well as student key figures for the governing bodies * Independent management of (sub-)projects, especially in digitalization and organizational development, ensuring the transition to regular operation * Participation in cross-prorectorate projects What distinguishes you * University degree or equivalent qualification with corresponding further training * Several years of leadership experience in university administration, education management or a comparably complex organization * Sound knowledge in process and project management, experience with digitalization * Analytical thinking and confident handling of budgeting, key figures and data quality * Communication strength (German), ability to cooperate and binding implementation * Good judgment and the ability to prioritize ongoing operations and further development Interested?
