Our client is looking for an experienced HR specialist on a temporary basis, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Creation of employment contracts and employment references
• Classification calculations in the cantonal salary system
• Execution of payroll runs
• Digitization of personnel files
• Organization and structuring of the electronic filing for personnel administration

Profile

• Completed commercial training with further training in the HR field (e.g., HR specialist certificate or comparable)
• Experience in personnel and payroll administration
• Structured, independent and exact way of working
• Affinity for digital processes and confident handling of IT applications
• Teamwork skills and flexibility
