Dipl. Nursing Specialists for daily assignments in the emergency station

For an easily accessible clinic in the heart of Bern, we are looking for Dipl. Nursing Specialists with and without NDS Emergency Nursing for flexible daily assignments in the emergency station. Do you want to determine your working days yourself and support a dedicated team in the process? In our CarePeople Pool, you inform us of your availability and will be – depending on demand and your availability – requested for assignments in the emergency station.

The emergency station is very highly frequented and offers a varied and demanding working environment. The clinical focus of the clinic lies in visceral, heart-thorax and vascular surgery. However, patients with a wide variety of medical concerns are cared for and accordingly triaged in the emergency station.

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH, ideally NDS Emergency Nursing, but not a requirement
• Alternatively: several years or sound professional experience in an emergency station
• For training completed abroad: recognition by the SRK
• A few years of professional experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Flexibility and readiness for day-to-day assignments
• Sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
• Open, friendly and communicative personality
• Resilience and organizational talent
• Even in hectic situations, you maintain an overview and stay calm
• Routine in dealing with medical-technical activities

Tasks ##

• Professional and competent care and support of patients in the emergency station
• Collaboration in a demanding and dynamic environment
• Execution of medical-technical activities
• Recognizing and assessing emergency situations
• Cooperation with doctors and other specialist departments
• Support of the existing team in daily emergency operations
