For our client, a company active in the medical technology field in the La Chaux-de-Fonds region, we are looking for an accounts payable assistant for a temporary mission of 3 to 6 months and a quick start.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You receive, check, enter, record and digitize supplier invoices as well as expense reports
• You reconcile invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts and you take care of approval requests
• You manage reminders and you handle anomalies with internal buyers and the logistics department
• You manage and file the accounting email inbox and you take care of correspondence with suppliers
• You handle various accounting requests from suppliers and you perform periodic reconciliations

You offer your new employer

• You hold a CFC as a commercial employee, an equivalent commercial training or basic training in accounting
• You have initial experience in accounts payable and continuing education in accounting
• You express yourself fluently in French and you master English at a professional level
• You master the MS Office suite, and are comfortable with an ERP such as SAP, Abacus, Microsoft Dynamics or Sage
• You are precise, organized and motivated and like teamwork
