Your tasks

• Responsibility for optimal care and support of the residents during the night (between 21:00 and 07:00)
• Ensuring a good quality of life for the residents
• Active contribution of your knowledge and skills, your professional and life experience, to ensure the quality of life of the residents
• Teamwork

Your profile

• Completed training as a Specialist in Healthcare (FaGe) EFZ, Specialist in Care (FaBe) EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of practical experience in care and support
• Good time management and goal-oriented action even in difficult situations
• Resilience, ability to work in a team and flexibility
