To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Specialist in Childcare EFZ who works with heart and professional competence. Your tasks

Care and promotion of infants and toddlers.
Building a trusting relationship as a key caregiver.
Planning and implementation of pedagogical activities.
Observation and documentation of development (portfolio work).
Co-shaping the room design and hygiene.
Collaboration with parents and participation in team meetings.
Support of the group leader and representation during absences.
Your profile

Completed training as Specialist in Childcare EFZ.
Experience in the care of children in a daycare center.
Teamwork skills, empathy and strong communication skills.
Willingness for open and constructive cooperation.
Reliability and sense of responsibility.
