Your responsibility:

• Competent and active advice and support of the departments throughout the entire HR life cycle, in case management, and in legal matters.
• Active promotion of a value-oriented leadership and corporate culture in the departments.
• Accompanying the departments in organizational development processes, including designing and conducting workshops or other support measures.
• Ensuring and continuous further development of needs-oriented and timely HR services and processes.
• Participation in HR projects, working groups, and superior bodies.

Your background:

• You have a degree in personnel management (eidg. FA, HR or FH) as well as additional training in coaching or organizational development.
• Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in a similar role.
• You have experience in accompanying change processes.
• You are proficient in the professional practical application of labor law and other relevant legislation.
• You possess a hands-on mentality and strong organizational and implementation skills.
• You are an independent and solution-oriented personality with a high willingness to provide service.

The Generalsekretariat of the Sicherheitsdirektion with its approximately 53 employees is the staff office of the Director of the Sicherheitsdirektion and acts as a coordination and control body for the entire directorate. It is divided into the following departments: Familie, Integration und Dienste; Support; Betriebswirtschaft; Human Ressource; Rechtssetzung; Kommunikation; Swisslos-Fonds und Aufsicht KESB/ SchK.
