Your tasks

• Maintaining and managing the relevant data in the Central Migration Information System (ZEMIS), in particular entries, changes, and extensions of persons with protection status S
• Checking applications for the granting of a residence permit in hardship cases for persons with protection status S, in particular checking the formal requirements as well as advanced integration
• Capturing biometric data for the issuance of foreign identity cards
• Managing the general counter and telephone as well as providing information and advising customers on migration and asylum law matters

Requirements

• Commercial employee EFZ with several years of professional experience
• Sensitivity towards persons with a migration background
• Assertiveness, exact and expeditious way of working
• Good English skills as well as further oral foreign language skills are an advantage
