For our Snack Bar we are looking for a:

a cook (noted profession)

Tasks:

• complete management of the kitchen - mainly lunch
• preparation of daily menus
• fundamental is the knowledge for the preparation of catering services

Requirements:

• AFC diploma as a cook
• previous experience in the sector of at least 3 years
• knowledge of vegan, celiac cuisine
• knowledge of banqueting
• good knowledge of Italian

Employment details:

• employment at 70%
• employment from immediately, permanent
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering sector
