Are you interested in supporting and helping to shape a responsible and varied management position – including cooking for approx. 40 people - one day a week at a dynamic and innovative location?

The KHT is an institution on Lake Zurich with 31 inpatient places for children and adolescents with special biographies between 6 and 25 years old.

In addition to our management of Zentrale Dienste, we are looking for, starting in January 2027, preferably on Wednesdays, a

(Co-)Management ‘Zentrale Dienste’ 20% w/m

Your tasks:

Delegated tasks in the management of the domestic economy area in relation to costs, flexibility and quality

professional and personnel (co-)management of a small team

Joint responsibility for the infrastructure of the institution

Cooking for approx. 40 people each morning

Collaboration also with the social pedagogical teams

You bring with you:

completed training as an area manager HW/hotel management,

experience in cooking for approx. 40 people

flexibility in independent organizing and working

warmth and interest in working in a house surrounded by children and adolescents

IT competence, good oral and written German skills
