Your tasks

• Administrative and organizational support for the Clinical Director and the clinical management in daily business
• Independent appointment scheduling and calendar management as well as organization and coordination of meetings
• Minute taking and follow-up processing of clinical management meetings
• Processing and coordination of internal and external correspondence as well as patient feedback and complaints
• Planning and organization of internal events, information events and employee events
• Maintenance and updating of intranet content as well as participation in internal communication
• Administrative support for contract management and other location-related processes
• Collaboration in various organizational and administrative task areas

Your profile

• Enjoyment of support and coordination tasks at the clinical management level
• Further training as an Executive Assistant or equivalent qualification with professional experience in a similar function is an advantage
• Very good German skills as well as sound PC user knowledge
• Discreet and reliable personality
• High resilience as well as a competent and friendly appearance
• Quick comprehension as well as a prompt, independent and self-responsible way of working
