Gastronomy Staff Kitchen (m/f)

We are a popular congress and event venue in the Berner Oberland. Events for up to 1500 people take place in the historical as well as modern premises and are catered with delicacies from our own kitchen.
Our gastronomy team includes the departments of Kitchen, Service, Cleaning and Decoration. We work hand in hand and support each other. For the 2026 season, we are looking for motivated employees on an hourly basis who will support our kitchen team at various events and are also willing to help out in other departments.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the kitchen team in preparation, such as cutting vegetables and garnishes, plating food and assisting in preparation as well as managing the buffet in front of the guests
• The assignments are on different days and at different times. Our working hours extend from Monday to Sunday, with the main assignment times lying from Wednesday to Saturday depending on the season
• As a member of a cross-departmental team, you are motivated to also take on tasks in other departments

Your profile:

• Completed training as a cook or experience in gastronomy are an advantage, but career changers with passion and joy in the preparation of food are also very welcome
• Good oral German skills
• Joy in guest contact
• Friendly interaction with guests and joy in guest contact
• Open to tasks outside of your area
