Supervisory staff - Entre-Bois sector - Pierrefleur (60% to 70%)

The Extracurricular sector is developing and offering new childcare places. The mission of the extracurricular sector is focused on the development of children's social skills and community living. Extracurricular structures are located in the heart of neighborhoods, close to schools. They offer quality socio-educational supervision.

To compensate for the absences of educational staff, we are looking for itinerant supervisory staff on a fixed contract with an activity rate between 60% and 70%.

Main mission(s)

Ensure the care of a group of children in accordance with the pedagogical line, respecting the global vision

Participate in the implementation of socio-educational projects and the organization of institutional life

Contribute to the individualized support process in connection with the child's abilities or needs

Collaborate on prevention actions with the group of children

Participate in reflections related to the evolution of the pedagogical line

Respond to specific administrative tasks

Profile

Pedagogical experience in the educational field

Person motivated to train in the field

Knowledge of community management, with at least 6 months of experience

Interest in the education and supervision of young people

Attraction to teamwork, collaborative personality

Ability to adapt, dynamism, flexibility and autonomy

Mastery of the French language, oral and written (C1 level)

Special conditions

Clean criminal records (ordinary and special)

Schedules with activity during school holidays

Split shifts over 4 or 5 days of the week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at minimum)
