For a temporary, fixed-term employment, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality in Customer Service, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this responsible function, you will act as a central interface between our customers, the field service, and internal departments. With your expertise, your organizational talent, and your solution-oriented way of working, you will make an important contribution to smooth processes and a positive customer experience.

What you can achieve

• Ensuring complete order processing, from order receipt to invoicing in the consignment and rental business of the subsidiary Enovis Surgical Switzerland GmbH
• Organization and ensuring timely shipments
• Coordination and administration of the rental service Switzerland
• Administration of warehouse, consignment, rental, and asset stocks
• Oral and written clarifications with various internal departments as well as with hospitals in connection with orders, requests, and shipments
• Ensuring a reliable customer relationship

What you bring with you

• Commercial vocational training and experience in customer order processing and inventory management
• Very good oral and written knowledge in German as well as good oral French and English skills
• In-depth ERP knowledge (SAP/JDE)
• Proficient use of MS-Office (Excel and Word)
• Independent, flexible, and process-oriented way of working
• Service-oriented and friendly personality
• You have high resilience and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
