As a non-profit institution, the fondation Dr Combe welcomes children and adults presenting specific needs, whether related to a motor deficiency, with or without associated disorders, or to autism spectrum disorder. It promotes the development, autonomy, and well-being of its users and, in this capacity, offers services in the fields of special education and teaching, accommodation, day care, medico-therapeutic care, and sheltered workshop work.

UAT Le Pivert, in Lausanne, is a temporary reception unit whose mission is to serve as a relief for parents of children with disabilities. It welcomes children aged from a few months to 18 years, regardless of the type of disability. The team is multidisciplinary and ensures educational follow-up and care, particularly for children with multiple disabilities. Le Pivert is open 24 hours a day during school holidays and from Wednesday morning to Sunday evening during school periods.

Your main mission

• Ensure the nocturnal accompaniment of the children/young people being welcomed;
• Ensure safety and well-being, including the medico-technical acts to be administered to the children/young people.

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor in Nursing (For foreign titles, Swiss Red Cross recognition is mandatory)
• Experience in the field of childhood in situations of disability and/or early childhood;
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and flexibility.
