Your profile:
You have professional experience in staircase cleaning.
You work in a customer- and service-oriented manner and possess a driver's license.

Your tasks:
You are responsible for the staircase cleaning, as well as the basement and ensure first-class cleanliness for our customers.

Our expectations:

• several years of experience in staircase cleaning
• You have a high sense of responsibility
• Flexibility, initiative and resilience
• Independent work organization
• Communication and conflict resolution skills as well as a confident appearance in contact with tenants
• Driver's license is a must
• Good language skills in German, oral and written
